Introducing Our Middle Management Team

The past few months have been a period of change and internal communication for us. As part of reviewing and further developing our processes and organisational structure, our management team quickly identified the need to establish clear points of contact and defined responsibilities for the areas of Technology and Operations.

We are therefore pleased to introduce our experienced colleagues, Mr Christian Resch as Team Coordinator Operations and Mr Christian Bastian as Head of Technology & Operations with overall responsibility for the department. With this organisational development, we are consolidating key technical topics within our organisation, ensuring clear structures for day-to-day operations while also strengthening our focus on future-oriented tasks.

For our customers as well as for our internal teams, this means clearly defined responsibilities, efficient communication channels, and structured management of technical and operational processes.

Christian Bastian Takes Over Responsibility for Technology & Operations

Effective immediately, Christian Bastian assumes the position of Head of Engineering & Operations, taking responsibility for Support & Planning, Training, and Product Management, and consolidating key topics across the Engineering & Operations organization.
